We saw this crazy bridge from way above it on our 4th day, and it was my last challenge before ending the 9-day ABC trek. I'm terrified of heights but it wasn't as bad as it looked... and it meant we had almost reached the end! We decided to take the local bus (not for the faint hearted) back to Pokhara to enjoy a comfy bed and a hot shower. What an adventure! 🇳🇵

It was nice spending another night in Chhomrong after a two-day descent from Annapurna Base Camp... but the stairs to reach it are the worst!!! I'd forgotten how far down we climbed just four days earlier... 🇳🇵
The climb down from Annapurna Base Camp was, of course, much quicker than the ascent. We walked from ABC (4130m) to Dovan (2505m) one day, and then to Chhomrong (2160m) the next. Then it was time to say goodbye to these mountain views! 🇳🇵
